At Tote Storages, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original components and accessories
- Be accompanied by your order information or proof of purchase

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at totestorages@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to return your item.
Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
